If you believe that one of your submitted entries has disappeared from your mission, please try logging out and logging back into the app to refresh your data. If this doesn’t return the missing entry, please reach out to help@dscout.com for more assistance.

Pro tip: Nine times out of ten, if an entry or a media file doesn't upload correctly, it's due to connectivity issues. Be sure you're connected to a strong wifi signal when submitting entries and don’t close out of the app. If this doesn’t work, try re-submitting your entry on your mobile device’s data.
