When is my Live session?

If your session has already been scheduled, there’s a few places that you can look to confirm your appointment date and time. Check it out below:


The dscout mobile app

When your session gets scheduled (by yourself or by your mission leader), the day and time will be available to you in your mobile app. To figure out the day and time of your upcoming Live session, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account on the dscout app.
  2. Access the In Progress tab at the bottom of the app’s navigation bar.
  3. Find the Live session and tap on it.
  4. The day and time of your upcoming Live session will be displayed here.

Pro tip: You can add the day and time of your upcoming Live session to your calendar by simply tapping on the Add to Calendar button underneath your scheduled time.

Email

When your session gets scheduled (by yourself or by your mission leader), you’ll receive a scheduling confirmation message email from participate@dscout.com. The subject of this confirmation email will be  Scheduling confirmation for '...' Live Mission. You’ll be able to confirm the date and time in this email and add it to your calendar.

Pro tip: You’ll also receive an email one hour before your scheduled session. You can easily use this email to join your call as well. Learn more here.
