Why don’t I see a mission in my app even though I received an email about it?
If you’ve received an email notification about a new mission, but you don’t see it when you access the Explore tab in your app, this may mean one of a few things:
You need to refresh the data in your app
If a mission is not showing up in the Explore tab in your app, you may just need to refresh your app’s data. To do this, try logging out and logging back into your account or restarting the app. It may take a few moments for our app to fetch the new mission and display it to you.
You need to update your app
If a mission is not showing up in the Explore tab in your app, you may need to update your dscout app to the latest version. Check the Google Play Store or the App Store, depending on your mobile device, to see if there are any updates you need to install.
You’re not eligible for the study.
If the mission still isn’t showing up, this probably means you’re not eligible for the study and it won’t appear in the Explore tab in your app.
