What is the status of my application?

After you complete an application to a mission, the person in charge of the mission, what we call a mission leader will review your application to see if you’re eligible to participate and if you’d be a good fit for the project.

If selected, you’ll receive both an in-app notification and an email letting you know that you’ve been invited to a mission. Read more about how to enable push notifications here. If you don’t hear from us within a week or two, it’s safe to assume that you didn’t get picked this time around.

Pro tip: Due to the high volume of applications we receive for every mission, we can’t always directly communicate or update you with the status of your application(s). We know this isn’t ideal, but we thank you for your patience as we work on ways to better communicate your application statuses and past activity.
