Help! I'm having trouble getting access
I don't see the mission I was invited to in my app.
If you received a mission invitation, make sure you're signing into dscout using the same email address that your invitation was sent to (instead of trying to create a new account).
You may need to search your inbox for an email from "email@example.com", which should return the following note that includes a special link allowing you to choose a password and get started.
After downloading the dscout mobile app, make sure to SIGN IN using the password you just made up, rather than trying to create a new account.
If you've done this and your mission still isn't there, try uninstalling and reinstalling the dscout app, and make sure your operating system has been updated recently. If you're still having trouble, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take a look.
