How does billing work?
You have the option to pay for Assisted Projects via credit card or invoice.
To get started, complete our project request form. We'll follow up within one business day and provide a complete estimate that includes service and platform fees and anticipated incentives cost for scouts’ participation.
DIY Projects grant you the freedom to pay as you go. To make this process effortless, DIY Projects require a credit card on file. When you launch a mission, an automatic charge is applied to your dscout account. The same applies for mission extension fees.
If you are an account owner, you can view billing info and transaction history on your dscout account profile under the transaction tab.
To consolidate charges and receipts within a project, you can purchase dscout credit prior to launching missions or screeners under the billing tab in your account in dscout.
